These terms cover your use of Sunrouse, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Sunrouse you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.
Alarms
Sunrouse schedules alarms with Apple's AlarmKit. Whether an alarm rings depends on your iPhone: it must be switched on and charged, Sunrouse must be allowed to set alarms, and the volume must be audible. Don't rely on Sunrouse alone where missing an alarm could cause harm, such as for medication or travel; set a second alarm. Missions can always be ended with Stop and the emergency stop.
Sunrouse Plus
Plain alarms and the math mission are free. Sunrouse Plus unlocks the steps, object and phrase missions, more alarm sounds, streak stats and widgets. You can buy it in two ways:
- Yearly subscription. New subscribers get a one-week free trial. After the trial, the yearly price shown in the app is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- One-time purchase. Unlocks Sunrouse Plus for as long as the app is offered, with no subscription.
If Plus ends, your alarms keep ringing: alarms with a Plus mission switch to the math mission, and Plus sounds to the Daybreak sound.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases in Settings brings back a purchase on a new or reset iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.
Your data
Everything stays on your device (see the privacy policy). We cannot recover data that is deleted or lost.
Using the app
Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute Sunrouse except where the law allows.
No warranty
We work hard to make Sunrouse reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by an alarm that did not ring, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Sunrouse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Sunrouse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
