Every alarm is set with Apple's AlarmKit, so it rings like the Clock app's alarms: on the Lock Screen, in silent mode and in a Focus.
Walk to turn it off
Pick a number of steps. The count comes from your iPhone's motion sensor while the alarm rings.
Find your kettle
Photograph something in another room tonight. Tomorrow, point the camera at it. The photos are compared on your iPhone.
Sums or a sentence
Solve a few sums at the level you choose, or type a short phrase word for word.
Stop always works
Stop before the mission is done and the alarm comes back a minute later. An emergency stop ends it after the minutes you choose.
A calm morning
After you get up: the sun, the date and your streak of mornings. A gentle sound before the alarm, and a bedtime reminder if you want one.

Never stuck
A mission can make getting up harder, never impossible. Stop works on every alarm, and the emergency stop ends a mission alarm after 5 to 20 minutes, whichever you set.
