These terms cover your use of Romparoo, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Romparoo you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.

Play safely

Romparoo's games are active: dancing, hopping, hiding and racing around your home. A grown-up is responsible for supervising children while they play. Clear the play area, keep cushions low and soft, never climb on furniture, and choose games that suit the space you have and the children playing. Take extra care with toddlers.

Using the app

Romparoo is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where the law allows.

No warranty

We work hard to make Romparoo fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Romparoo, including injuries or damage during play. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Romparoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
