Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Neapwell, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Neapwell you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.
Not medical advice
Neapwell is a timer and a log. Its notes on fasting plans are general information from the source it names and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Fasting is not right for everyone. Talk to a doctor before you start, and especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, underweight, under 18, or have or have had an eating disorder. If you feel unwell, stop fasting and seek medical help; in an emergency call your local emergency number.
Neapwell Plus
The 16:8 timer, reminders, streaks and the last 7 days of history are free. Neapwell Plus unlocks the other plans, the Live Activity, widgets, the full history, stats and the weight log. You can buy it in two ways:
- Yearly subscription. New subscribers get a one-week free trial. After the trial, the yearly price shown in the app is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- Lifetime unlock. A one-time purchase that unlocks Neapwell Plus for as long as the app is offered, with no subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases in Settings brings back a purchase on a new or reset iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.
Your data
Everything you enter stays on your devices (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping backups of your device if you want to keep your history. We cannot recover data that is deleted or lost.
Using the app
Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute Neapwell except where the law allows.
No warranty
We work hard to make Neapwell accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Timers and reminders depend on your device's clock and notification settings and can be wrong if those change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Neapwell. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Neapwell after a change means you accept the updated terms.
