Neapwell

Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Neapwell is an intermittent fasting timer for iPhone made by Reba Labs ("we"). This policy explains what happens to the information you put into Neapwell. The short version: it stays on your devices, and we never receive it.

What Neapwell stores

  • your fasts: start and end times, the plan and goal, and any note you add;
  • weights you log, if you use the weight log;
  • your settings, such as your plan, reminders and weight unit.

All of this is stored only on your iPhone, inside Neapwell's own storage, which its widgets and Live Activity read to show your current fast.

Apple Health

Apple Health is off until you turn it on in the weight log. Neapwell then asks for permission to read and write body weight only. It saves the weights you log to Apple Health and shows body weight entries from Apple Health in your log. Neapwell does not read or write any other Health data, does not use Health data for advertising or marketing, and never sends it anywhere. You can turn access off at any time in the Health app or in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

What we collect

Nothing. Neapwell has no account, no servers, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Apart from the App Store's own purchase system, the app makes no network requests. We cannot see, access or recover anything you enter. The App Store privacy label for Neapwell is "Data Not Collected".

Purchases

Neapwell Plus is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we receive no payment details. The app asks the App Store whether you have an active purchase so it can unlock Plus.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. No notification content passes through any server.

Backups

Like other app data, Neapwell's data can be included in your iPhone backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer) if you have them turned on. Those backups are handled by Apple under your Apple Account settings and Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to them.

Data Apple shares with developers

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics, such as how many people installed the app. These contain no information you entered into Neapwell. When you test a beta through TestFlight, any feedback or screenshots you send through TestFlight reach us.

Children

Neapwell is not meant for children and teens under 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

Deleting your data

Delete a fast by touching and holding it in History, or from its detail screen; delete a weight entry by swiping left on it in the weight log. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your iPhone. Weights saved to Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on our side. If you have any question about privacy, write to privacy@reba-labs.com.

Changes

If Neapwell ever starts handling data differently, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
