Snap your plate. Check the list. Done.

Mealmark is a calorie counter and food diary that keeps your meals on your iPhone. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Apple's on-device model suggests the foods on your plate and a portion for each; you confirm or fix every one before anything is saved. Without Apple Intelligence, search 6,700 foods instead.

A food diary that does the boring part

Suggestions, not guesses passed off as facts

The photo is read on your iPhone by Apple's on-device model, which picks foods from Mealmark's own list. Every food and every gram is yours to confirm, change or remove.

Works on every iPhone

130 everyday foods and dishes named in your language, the full USDA list in English, portions, recent foods and a quick add for anything with a label.

Your day as a plate

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks fill the rim of a plate. Protein, carbs and fat sit next to the reference intakes printed on EU and UK food labels.

History you can read

7, 30 and 90 days of calories by meal, your daily average and where your calories come from.

Numbers with sources

Calories from USDA FoodData Central, reference values from EU labelling rules and the NHS, no target below 1,200 kcal (NICE). Every source is linked in the app.

Today on your Home Screen

A widget shows today's plate and your protein, carbs and fat at a glance.

History: 30 days of calories as stacked bars by meal, the daily average and the share of calories from protein, carbs and fat Sources: USDA FoodData Central and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, each with what it is used for and a link
