These terms cover your use of Snapwren, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Snapwren you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.
Free version and Snapwren Plus
Snapwren starts with a one-week free trial of Snapwren Plus, which you can close to keep using the free version: three stamped photos a day with a small Snapwren mark, one project and the plate style. Snapwren Plus gives unlimited stamped photos without the mark, unlimited projects, all stamp styles, your logo, PDF reports and exporting many photos at once. It is available as:
- a yearly subscription with a one-week free trial. After the trial the yearly price is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- a one-time lifetime purchase, with nothing to renew.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Restore a purchase on another iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases in Settings or on the purchase screen. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What the stamp means
The stamp and the photo's metadata show the date, time, place and heading as your iPhone reported them when the photo was taken. If the iPhone's clock, GPS or compass is wrong, or the address lookup is imprecise, the stamp is too. Snapwren does not certify photos and its stamps are not a legal or forensic proof of time or place. Whether a stamped photo is accepted as evidence is up to the people you show it to.
Your data
Your photos and projects are stored only on your device. We have no copy, so we can't recover them if you delete the app or lose your phone. Your iPhone's own backup (iCloud or a computer) includes Snapwren's data. Save important photos to Photos or Files as well.
Using the app
Please use Snapwren lawfully and respect other people's privacy when you photograph them or their property. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or misuse the app except where the law allows.
No warranty
We work hard to make Snapwren reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from your use of Snapwren. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version.
