Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Pulvio, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Pulvio you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.
Not a medical device, not medical advice
Pulvio is a log. It does not measure blood pressure; you measure with your own monitor and enter the numbers, or allow readings from Apple Health. Pulvio shows which category of a published guideline a reading or an average falls in, with the source. This is information, not a diagnosis or medical advice. Only a doctor can diagnose high blood pressure, decide on treatment and set your targets. Never change or stop a medication because of what you see in Pulvio without talking to your doctor. If you feel unwell, or a reading is very high, follow the advice shown in the app and contact your doctor or emergency services.
Your readings
You are responsible for the readings you enter and for checking that reports you share are correct. Everything stays on your devices (see the privacy policy). Keep backups of your device if you want to keep your log. We cannot recover data that is deleted or lost.
Pulvio Plus
Logging, reminders, categories and the last 30 days are free. Pulvio Plus unlocks the doctor report (PDF), CSV export, your whole history with monthly averages, Apple Health sync and widgets. You can buy it in two ways:
- Yearly subscription. New subscribers get a one-week free trial. After the trial, the yearly price shown in the app is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- Lifetime unlock. A one-time purchase that unlocks Pulvio Plus for as long as the app is offered, with no subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases in Settings brings back a purchase on a new or reset iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.
Using the app
Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute Pulvio except where the law allows.
No warranty
We work hard to make Pulvio accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that categories, averages or reports are free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Pulvio. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Pulvio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
