Today: the last reading, 124 over 78 with pulse 62, its category, and the 7-day average The doctor report: averages, morning and evening, highest and lowest, and every reading in a table

Made for the kitchen table at seven in the morning

Two numbers, five seconds

A big number pad: upper, lower, pulse, done. Large type and high contrast everywhere.

Pulvio never measures

Your own cuff monitor measures; Pulvio keeps the record. Readings can also come in from Apple Health.

Where it stands, with a source

Each reading and each week's average gets a category from a published guideline: AHA/ACC 2025, ESH 2023 or Japan's JSH home thresholds, chosen by region. Not medical advice.

Morning and evening

Reminders at the times you choose, and separate morning and evening averages, as the European Society of Hypertension's home monitoring guidelines ask.

Widgets and Apple Health

Not medical advice, every source named

Pulvio is not a medical device. Categories come from published guidelines and describe readings; only your doctor can diagnose high blood pressure and set your targets. Every category, tip and safety message in the app names its source with a link: the American Heart Association, the 2025 AHA/ACC guideline, the European Society of Hypertension (2023 and 2021) and the Japanese Society of Hypertension (2019).
