These terms cover your use of Milkling, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Milkling you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.

Not medical advice

Milkling helps you keep a record of feeds and foods. Its tips and summaries are general information and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the advice of your midwife, health visitor, lactation consultant or doctor. If you are worried about your baby or yourself, contact them, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping backups of your device if you want to keep your history. We cannot recover data that is deleted or lost.

Using the app

Milkling is provided free of charge for your personal use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where the law allows.

No warranty

We work hard to make Milkling accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Timers depend on your device's clock and can be wrong if the clock changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Milkling. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Milkling after a change means you accept the updated terms.
