Couchfire

Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Couchfire, the party game service at couchfire.reba-labs.com and the Couchfire apps, made by Reba Labs. By using Couchfire you agree to them. For apps from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Playing nicely

Couchfire shows what players type and draw to everyone in the room. Please keep it friendly: don't submit anything unlawful, hateful or harassing, or anything that shares someone else's private information. The person running the room (the VIP) can remove players. You are responsible for what you submit.

Free, as is

Couchfire is free for personal use. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Games can be interrupted, for example when we update the server, and rooms are not saved.

Our content

The games, prompts, facts, artwork and code are ours. Please don't copy, scrape, modify or redistribute them except where the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Couchfire. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above.
