These terms cover your use of Tillnest, an app made by Reba Labs. By using Tillnest you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.

Not financial advice

Tillnest shows numbers you enter as a story about a shop. The shop's worth, staff, sales and costs are illustrations, not accounting. Tillnest is not a broker, bank, fund or adviser. It does not hold money, place orders, show live prices or recommend any investment. Decisions about your money are yours; if you need advice, speak to a licensed professional.

Your numbers

Tillnest is only as accurate as the values you type. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your own records at your broker.

Your account

An account is optional. Keep your password private and tell us at support@reba-labs.com if you think someone else has used it. You can close the account at any time from the app.

Using the app

Tillnest is free for your personal use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or misuse it or its servers except where the law allows.

No warranty

We work hard to make Tillnest reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reba Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, any financial decision you make, or loss of data, arising from your use of Tillnest. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the latest version.
